Key Rules & What You Need to Know

Application Window is Tight: You must purchase or lease your vehicle between August 25 and November 4, 2026. Vehicles bought outside this window do NOT qualify, even if you apply later.
Must Buy from a Certified Dealer: Private-party sales don't qualify. Your vehicle must come from a dealership participating in the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program (Warrenton Kia is certified).
MSRP Cap: Vehicle MSRP must be under $50,000 for Standard Rebate eligibility. Charge Ahead has no MSRP cap.
Charge Ahead Prequalification (Optional): If you think you might qualify for Charge Ahead (higher rebate), apply for prequalification now at apps.oregon.gov/DEQ/Voucher/apply — you can use it when the program opens on Aug 25.
Funding May Be Limited: Rebate funding depends on state allocations. Oregon has a history of demand outpacing funding in some windows. Don't wait — early buyers are more likely to get approved.
Apply Within 6 Months: After you buy or lease, you have up to 6 months to apply for your rebate at evrebate.oregon.gov.
